LOCK EYES [Rene]

Lumi felt like a moron. Like, seriously. Who goes to a nightclub with a frikkin broken arm? But Saige had really wanted to hang out with her, and had insisted that they meet at the BA. Lumi, self-conscious, felt like everyone was staring at her and her AWESOME splint, which by the way went AWESOMELY with her rave clothes.

She started walking through the partizzle, looking for Saige, but didn't see her anywhere. D= Ugh, this night was gonna suck. Maybe she should have a few drinks to calm down. The only problem with that was that "a few drinks" were way more than enough to get Lumi drunk and stupid.

This night was gonna suck (Oh Lumi, you have NO idea.)

Rene had no flippin' clue why he was at a nightclub. Maybe he was looking for some random girl to fuck and kill back at his apartment.

Grinding up on a bunch of different clio Rene didn't notice his lovely sister enter the club, until he sat at the bar. He looked, and they locked eyes from across the room.

He smiled.

(Then jizzed in his pants. But not really.)

Lumi's eyes widened when they locked with Rene's from across the room. What the fuck was the psycho doing at a frikkin nightclub? She knew he'd seen her because he smiled.

Oh...shit. Lumi was getting out of here. Who cares if she blew off Saige? This was a matter of life and death (probably)! She quickly turned around and headed for the exit, not even thinking that it was probably safer in the crowded room.

Aw, don't leave Lumi.

Without even twitching, Rene took control of Lumi's body, and he made her walk to him.

"Fancy seeing you here sis," he said in mocking tones.

Lumi contemplated what to do as she was made to walk over to Rene. Should she yell and scream and cause a scene? Would anyone even hear her with all this loud rave music? Doubtful.

Of course, Rene wouldn't try anything with all these people around...would he? Come to think about it, if he was careful, no one would even notice anything was going on. Still...she had to do SOMETHING.

"Just let me go, Rene," Lumi said, sounding braver than she felt. "We both know you can't do anything with all these people watching."

Rene knew very well that he couldn't do anything to Lumi. But that didn't mean he couldn't play with her.

"What are you talking about dear sister? Why would I ever do anything to my beloved sister?" Rene asked, all inocent-like.

Lumi gave Rene a scathing look. She wondered how long he'd known they were related. Then again, it didn't matter. They might have the same biological parents, but that didn't make them anything alike.

"Don't call me your sister," she said with disgust. "How could you call me that after what you did to me!?"

Rene ignored her and said, "You should have a seat."

He pointed at the stool next to his, and Lumi's body sat. "So what are you doing here today? You're in no condition to be ravin' and dancin' don't you think?"

"I'm...meeting Quinn here," Lumi lied, hoping that maybe the threat of Quinn showing up would persuade Rene to let her go unharmed.

"Ah Mr. Flint," Rene said with a nod. "Maybe we could all party tonight, have some fun."

He flashed her a friendly smile, but only Lumi would be able to tell that it was fake, "So, when is the wedding? Am I invited?"

Dammit, so much for that plan. Lumi scowled. "I'm sick of you trying to fuck with me!" she snarled. Then, with an unintentional bit of plea in her scary tone, she added, "Why the fuck can't you just leave me alone?!"

Just then, the previously useless bartender happened to walk over. "Is there some sort of problem going on?" he asked.

Lumi opened her mouth to answer, YES THERE IS A PROBLEM HELP ME.

Rene smiled up at the bartender, and forced Lumi's mouth shut, "Oh no sir, there's no problem. I'm just trying to catch up with my sister. I haven't seen her in a while."

The bartender nodded and walked away, leaving Lumi and Rene alone.

"The nerve of that man, thinking that I'm causing problems," he complained.

"Er...Wait!" Lumi yelled after the bartender, since he wasn't that far away yet and Rene stopped controlling her mouth. Unfortunately it was really loud, and the bartender didn't turn around. There went Plan B.

Lumi didn't understand what Rene was thinking, since he seemed to know that there wasn't much he could do to her now. Did he just want to talk? Or was he planning something that she wouldn't expect?

She glared at Rene to hide her fear. "You've caused more problems than any other clio in the history of Amelia, you fucking bastard."

Rene laughed as if Lumi had just told him a really funny joke, "Oh Lumi you silly girl."

He rested his elbow on the bar and placed his chin in his hand, "So, you never answered my question. Am I invited to the wedding?"

"No!" Lumi exploded, as if she didn't know that Rene was just trying to mess with her. She grimaced, struggling to fight his 'blood-bending.' "Erg...just let me go already! You're not going to have any 'fun' with me tonight, you psycho!"

Rene pouted, "Aw I love a good wedding. Oh well."

Lumi wrote:"Erg...just let me go already! You're not going to have any 'fun' with me tonight, you psycho!"

Rene tilted his head to the side, "But Lumi, I already am having fun!"

He made a creepy ^_^ face.

Lumi wondered if maybe Rene's control would waver, just a little bit, as he focused on taunting her. She tried moving different parts of her body, and to her surprise her broken arm gave a weird jerk when she tried it and banged into the side of the bar. "Ah...!" she exclaimed softly, then bit her lip, wondering what Rene would do.

...There went Plan C.

Rene looked at Lumi with mock concern, "Oh my dear Lumi, what happened to your arm?"

Lumi glared through the pain. "I don't know," she snapped. "What happened to your daemon's leg?"

Apparently the fact that they were surrounded by clio was giving Lumi a false sense of security, because she never would have intentionally tried to make Rene mad if they were alone.

Rene's eyes narrowed into a glare, "You know very well what happened to Lilybell's leg."

His lip twitched, and Lumi's left arm began to take the splint of her right arm off.

"This is what it fuckin' felt like," he growled.

He grinned evily and Lumi rested her head onto her right arm. Then he made her drop her right arm to rest on the bar, but it wasn't a very gentle set down.

The pain was sickening. Lumi's face contorted with agony as Rene made her use her arm, which was still very much broken in more than one place. "Ow..! Ow, stop it! Okay, I'm sorry! Please stop it!" she exclaimed.

Just then the useless bartender returned. "Hey, are you two sure there isn't a problem?" he asked skeptically, glancing at Lumi's previously casted arm.

Rene smiled at the useless bartender, "No, we're fine. I can assure you. She just wanted a drink."

He made sure Lumi kept her mouth shut and forced a smile on her face.

"Er...okay then," the bartender replied, confused. Well, Lumi seemed to be agreeing, so he went and got the drink that Rene ordered for her, which happened to be the strongest drink they had. "Here you go."

NO! Lumi screamed in her head, with a smile forced on her face.

"Thank you," Rene said casually, and he made Lumi nod and take her drink with her right hand. She took a sip, well more like a gulp and swallowed it down.

"Mmm tasty," he grinned.

Lumi winced as her fingers closed around the glass. She was forced to down the entire thing, which judging by the bitter taste was more than enough alcoholic to start affecting her. "Ugh," she groaned when she finished.
