He grinned up at her and tugged a strand of her hair.

"You're cute." Aven leaned up and kissed her. "Last time I saw you, you were so sad. And now, you're so cute and happy."

Cray kissed him back, then sat on her feet. "The funny thing is, I don't even remember why I was sad!" she said with a giggle.

(Btdubbs, that's why she drinks, to forget everything and be happy.)

Aven did. Aven remembered.

He felt something of a gnawing in the pit of his stomach because he'd kissed someone else during the same time he'd kissed her.

Aven covered his sad with a grin. "I don't either!" He laughed, stroking down her arm. "I'm happy you're happy."

"I like being happy because it makes other people happy!" Cray squeaked. She leaned forward and snuggled into Avens chest. "You're so warm and comfy," she mumbled.

Aven smiled, "It does."

He rested his arms on her back. He wasn't sure what to say.

He pulled her up so her head was in the crook of his neck, and then rubbed her back. "Its nice and warm in here, huh?"

"Yes, yes it is," Cray agreed. "Warm like...a warm place." Cray giggled at how obvious her statement was.

Aven grinned. "Yes, the similarities are...innumerable" He laughed.

Then he tilted her head up to face him. "I'm glad I bumped into you today."

Cray grinned, "Me too!" She nuzzled his chin with her nose. "If you would have never shown up, I'd still be standing outside in the cold trying to get the cows attention!" She giggled.

(I guess it can't be too cold if the cows are outside. Or maybe they're just fancy Amelian cows.)

"You'd freeze!" He took her hands, which were chilled, and brought them to his mouth, blowing warm air into them to defrost them.

"Then," he giggled, "you'd be my popsicray!" (Like popsicle. See what I did thar?)

Cray giggled at Aven then yawned. "I'm getting a little sleepy, are you getting sleepy?" she asked.

He nodded. "Yes, because it's nice and warm in here."

Aven scooched over to let her lay in he hay next to him. He leaned in and kissed her. "You're so cute, Popsicray."

He pulled her closer, kissing her again.

Cray smiled without showing her teeth. She kissed Aven back both times and snuggled up into him when he pulled her closer. With her eyes shut, she felt around until she found Aven's hand and grabbed it. "Let's be best friends forever," she mumbled. Soon, she began to drift off into sleep.

Aven looked at the pretty girl he was laying with. Her eyes were closed, so he just let his eyes rest on her for a little while, watching her fall asleep.

"I wouldn't want it any other way..." he whispered, softly.
