Complicated [Lior]

Rowan needed some time alone with his thoughts to think about everything that had been going on lately. There were the bad(?) things, like the mysterious star pieces, the good things, like him and Charlie, and the downright insane things, like Alecis.

Just about a week ago Alecis had professed her love (like?) for him, which contridicted the past three years they had spent tormenting each other. Rowan still wasn't quite over the shock. Just thinking about it was strange.

'Hey...Hey Rowan?' Nym asked tentatively. 'You think maybe you should slow down a little?'

Rowan looked at Nym and then back to the table. He had just downed his third shot. Maybe he should slow down...Then again, he was by himself and in need of something to get his mind off everything...so instead he did the very opposite and ordered another drink.

'Or not,' Nym said, slightly amused.

Lior was completely gone already. He had found himself a bottle of Chardonnay at home and wasted himself on it. But since no one likes to get drunk alone on left over Chardonnay, he stumbled into the bar for someone who could provide a little company.

On his way in, he passed an attractive female clio. (AHAH.) He smiled at her, drunkenly and whistled rudely. Then he turned to the inside of the bar and laughed, stumbling again.

He saw Rowan at the bar. He grinned. He kind of knew Rowan. He also knew Alecis had a weird relationship with him. He liked Alecis. Alecis. Suddenly he wished he could take back his rude whistle. "Hey!" He plopped down on the stool next to Rowan.

"Mind some company?" He slurred, grinning.

"Mind some company?"

"I'd LOVE some!" Rowan replied amiably, as the ability to think coherent thoughts had been lost to him completely. "Who wouldn't want company?"

'You wouldn't have about three drinks ago,' Nym answered.

"Oh, be quiet," he replied out-loud to Nym. Then to his new friend, "I was talking to her, not you, just so you know." Oh hey, it was Lior! Lior was cool. Did he know that his girlfriend was into Rowan? Hm.

Lior laughed, holding himself up on the bar, as not to slide off. He looked at his company. "Yay, good. I alyways luhve comp'ny."

Myrrh laid down next to the stool, used to the swimming feeling he always got when Lior was wasted, but still not highly functioning with it. Lior laughed again. "You were talking tah who?" He asked, exaggerating his motions, tilting his head curiously. "I know you."
