Lumi stared back into his eyes. She found herself leaning forward subconsciously. She put her free hand on the back of his head and pulled him towards her, and then she gave him the softest, shortest kiss on his lips and then pulled back quickly.

"I was thinking the same thing about you," she told him.

Quinn kissed her back, just has softly. It didn't hurt! Quinn smiled at her. That was the most amazing kiss EVAR!

He took her hands in his, and just looked at her. Lumi. His Lumi. God, how he loved her so much.

Lumi smiled back, but only for a second. She was happy, but sad at the same time. She wished desperately that things could go back to the way they were before. Nothing would ever be the same again. Not for her. What she wouldn't give to have her peace of mind back so she could be completely happy with Quinn, and not have that anguish burning deep inside her.

Quinn touched her lips delicately, then traced them with his finger tips. Then he caressed her cheek with his thumb.

"It feels good to kiss you again," he told her.

Lumi closed her eyes, infinitely grateful that Quinn was only touching her face and hands. She didn't want to be touched anywhere else.

She tried to make the moment last as long as possible. "I wish we could just stay like this forever," she said wistfully.

"We could," Quinn whispered. "Or we could at least try..."

He didn't take his eyes off hers.

"I think they'll kick us out eventually," Lumi replied half-seriously. "The bar closes at 1 AM." She tilted her head to the side and gave him a small smile.

Quinn chuckled, "That is true."

"But you kinda get what I mean, right?" he asked.

"I think I do, but..." Lumi trailed off. She knew it would be getting dark out soon, if it wasn't already. She looked up at Quinn. "Will you walk home with me again?"

He stood up and waited for Lumi.

Lumi stood up and they walked out side by side while every single clio in the Tavern watched them go bemusedly.

[Seriously, imagine seeing that entire rp from an outside point of view and not know what they were talking about. Wouldn't you be confused?]
