nice to see you. [Peyton, Ree, Lynch]

Charmaine looked up at the tree tops, twirling with her mouth open. "Lookit, Peyton!" she said, pointing up at her daemon, who pounced from tree branch to tree branch, barely making it every time.

"Woah," he'd mutter. "Shouldn't do that again." But he always would, since he'd forget a second later that he even said that.

"The trees are so tall, and he just keeps jumpin." She blinked slowly, getting a bit dizzy as she looked back down to the ground. "Ahh," she said, wobbling around a little to try and get rid of the dizziness.

Peyton was watching Charmaines daemon with trouble. He would squint his eyes, but then he could barely see the trees. George was slowly following Diesel but very, very slowly. He would even fall asleep at times.

Peyton and Charmaine had arrived at Taigar island with all of their winter clothes still on. Peyton had gotten really hot, so he had shed his clothes off, all the way down to his boxers.

Peyton started to giggle.

It was just after noon on Ahtnamas, the sun was shining down in patches through the leaves on Taigar Island, creating shadows that danced along the forest floor. The island was the only place in Amelia that wasn't covered in a thick layer of snow, so it was the perfect place to go for Lynch and Ree's first date.

The two were walking through the forest, taking care to watch out for animals such as tigers and things when they heard a loud and obnoxious giggle.

Ree looked at Lynch, smiling sillily. She motioned towards the direction the laugh had come from, indicating that she wanted to sneak up on the clio that lay invisible behind the thick ferns.

Lynch had one of those cute boy smirks that clio got when they found themselves pleasently surprised to have a girl by their side. Especially a girl as cute as Ree. It didn't get any better than this.

Suddenly they heard a loud laugh from not too far away. Ree indicated that she wanted to go check it out, and he obliged. They crept up as quietly as possible, which wasn't too quietly, to spy on whoever was making such ridiculous laughing sounds.

They saw two people, a cute girl Lynch had met before and a guy with crazy hair, both almost naked, and both obviously high on something.

Lynch stiffled laughter. This was the best first date ever. "Let's go talk to them," he suggested to Ree. Stoned people were always fun to talk to.

When Charmaine turned and saw Peyton in only his boxers, she couldn't help but feel really warm and out of place in her clothes. So she took them off (everything but her bra and underwear, that is), throwing them on the ground. She looked down at her belly button, fondling it playfully.

"Teehee," she said, looking down at it. "It's weird how it just...sucks everything up...like a black hole in my tummy," she said, looking to Peyton's as well. She walked over to him, gently running her finger along the hole. "Weird..." she said. "Just...weird...."

If Peyton had been paying any attention to what was behind Charmaine, he might've spotted or heard two clio spying on them...or Diesel finally dropping from the branches above with a soft, "Ahhhhh!"

Peyton watched Charmaines finger stroke his belly button, and he got chills. Then nodded in agreement, "Belly buttons really are weird!"

Peyton tickled Charmaines tummy a little bit, giggled, then poked her nose. "You know what else is weird?" he asked, picking up his leg and looking at his toes, "Feet. They're like long hands, with stubby little fingers!" He laughed histarectly at this.

[That's why I hate feet.]

At the sight of Diesel falling, George decided to do the same, and fell next to him.

Ree loved the idea of going to talk to them. They looked pretty hilarious and she loved funny, especially if she was with someone as witty as the boy beside her.

"Sounds good," she whispered to him before taking a step out into the open, pulling Lynch with her.

So the two made their way into the area that the two almost naked clio were and Lynch waved and called, "Hey guys! Funny seeing you here!" He didn't actually know the guy at all, and he hardly knew the girl, but it would be fun to pretend he did. "I never thought I'd see you two here. Man, it's been awhile! How have you been?"

He winked at Ree.

Charmaine sqealed when he started tickling her tummy, and she poked his nose right back. "Ohmygawd," she said, eyes wide at the foot, as if she'd never seen one before. "You're so right!"

She turned when she heard someone say something, and she saw some guy who must've known them. She did sort of remember him a little. They were inthe grass...

"Hai!" she said, rather loud and obnoxiously. "I've been fantastic!" She ran over and hugged him, as well as the girl. "How about you guys? Aren't you warm in all those blankets?" Of course by blankets she meant clothes, but she knew they'd catch her drift.

Peyton looked up at the new clio's once they arrived. He didn't recognize him at all, but they must have new him. Peyton stood up and aproached the duo, "I don't know who you people are, but you must know me," he got closer.

Without thinking he grabbed the boys face, kissed both his cheeks, then did the same to the girl.

"Mazel tov!" he shouted while throwing his arms into the air.

Reason smiled widely at Lynch, catching on to what he was doing to the stoned clio in the clearing. "Yeah! I haven't seen you in forever."

She giggled as the two clio greeted them, hugging and kissing. They smelled a little funky, probably from the pot, but she didn't hesitate in hugging them back.

"So, what're you guys doing?"

Like you don't know, silly. Cybele said, laughing silently.

Lynch returned the high clios' touchy-feely affections with enthusiasm. He wasn't really into drugs himself, but he loved the people who were. They were so happy and never boring. And always hilarious.

Aren't you warm in all those blankets?"

"Ha ha. Nah, we're good," he replied, fully intending for him and Ree to stay clothes. Not that he'd mind seeing Ree take off her clothes if they were alone, but not in front of two strangers. "Yeah, whatcha up to?"

"We're just..." Charmaine started to say, but then she found it to be a really hard question. She had no idea what they were up to. Suddenly Diesel found her leg and crawled up to her shoulder, even though he was a little muddy and dirty. Whatever, they were free spirits now!

"Hey Diesel," she said, the two looking at each other, trying to figure out if they knew each other. "Seems like everyone knows us, Peyton," Charmaine suddenly said, looking over to Peyton. She then remembered that the other two were there, so she addressed them again.

"I'm sorry but I totally forgot your names," she said, knocking herself in the forehead with her palm. "Silly me."

Peyton had totally forgot that there were other clios around him, and sat on the ground looking at his weird feet. He sniffed one, made an awful face, and dropped it. He then stood back up.

He looked to Charmaine, and started to play around with her hair.

Reason watched Peyton and the girl make complete fools of themselves, laughing silently between her and Cybele's bond. This was such a good idea, to come here.

"I'm Ree, silly, don't you remember?" she giggled out, watching as Peyton sniffed his feet.
