Piper followed Avens finger and looked over at Aven's and hers daemons, and laughed, "Haha, Riley is so friendly. He loves making new friends."

Riley stood up, and looked at the water, wondering whether or not to jump in.

"Ra's kind of a goonie, or something." He laughed. "He's so mean to me all the time and shit. I love him though. I wouldn't be me without him. He's the cheese to my macaroni." Aven had seen that movie, Juno in Mentor with some girl. "Totally boss, as daemons go."

Ra turned away again, not wanting to talk anymore, or see his manchild clio canoodling in the tub.

Piper smiled at the fact that Aven loved his daemon even though he was mean. "I love Riley, he's so goofy and nice, he's a little on the slow side too." she said.

Riley decided that he wanted to swim, and slowly walked into the giant tub. He got deep enough to where his head was sticking out of the water.

Aven nodded. "Would you go out with me, Piper?"

Ra looked up. The huge zebra was getting in the water. He gasped and laughed. "Aven, look out!"

Aven looked up, "Whoa, Ra would never get in the water."

Piper was taken aback by Aven's sudden question, then she began to blush feriously, and looked into her lap. Then looked back up again to see her silly daemon in the water. That made her more confident and she looked at Aven and said, "I would love you go out with you! But let's not be real serious, okay? Kinda like, friends with benefits!"

Aven watched, anticipating her reply.

When she did, it surprised her what she said. One of his sudden, random bursts of intelligence, he considered. That was probably for the better. The last girl he was seriously interested in ended up getting hurt. Well. All the clio he ever dated ended up getting hurt. It was always him.

"Okay, so that means we like make out and stuff, but...we can still see other people too?" He tried to clarify for himself.

He liked that he'd come to the bath house. Piper was a nice girl.

Piper nodded at Avens question enthustiastically. She was glad he didn't seem upset, Piper never really kept close with people for too long, but there were few choice people who she was close with, but even with them she wasn't around enough to actually pysically see them, although she did like to keep in touch.

Riley liked this warm water, it made him...warm. To his delight, he saw his clio swim over to see him. She patted his face and he nuzzled her shoulder.

Aven smiled and nodded back. He watched her swim away. He wondered if it was a good thing to do. For him to have kissed her. And asked her out. Oh well.

He dunked his head under the water. "When did you settle, Piper?"

After kissing Riley on the nose, Piper turned around and answered Aven's question, "I settled when I was about...fourteen. And as soon as I did I moved from the house."

"When did you settle?" she asked him.

Aven nodded. He still lived with his brother. "Earlier this year, actually." He grimaced.Everyone settled before he did.

"Lior settled about the same age I did."

Once Aven stopped talking, Piper nodded and said, "Ah, I see."

She decided to dive under water, and she kicked her legs like she was a mermaid, then resurfaced.

Aven nodded, "So, uhm, what's been up with you?" He decided that he didn't mind to hear the answer and dove under too, splashing water around.

Once Aven dived under water, Piper dove too. She stayed under water until she saw Aven resurface, then swam behind him, and pinched his cute little naked butt, then she swam away.

Aven gasped and whipped around, laughing. "Hey! Totally uncalled for!" He dove in and swam after her, splashing her with water. "Gotchaa!"

Piper giggled and splashed him back saying, "I think it was very called for! It's hard not to touch that cute butt of yours!" ^_^

Aven grinned looking over his shoulder at it. "It is pretty cute, huh?" Then he turned back and splashed her again. "You haven't let me see yours yet!" He lept at her, clumsily.

Piper squeeled, as the cute Solas boy attacked. She tried to leap out of his way but the water would let her move fast enough, so she was caught. [Oh darn. ]

Aven held her fast, swinging her around in the water a little. He laughed, dunking her under and letting her go so she could come back up for air.

He backed away slighly, leaning back, sculling the water with his hands. Aven kicked up water with a foot, still giggling. "You're cute, Piper."

Piper laughed along with Aven, and got water up her nose once she was dunked, but she didn't care, she was having fun!

"I'm cute? Have you ever looked at yourself lately?" Piper said, playfully.

'Yeah, you're cute," He grinned.

Aven did in fact know he was cute. He just wasn't an asshole about it, was all. "You think I'm cute too?"

"Well of course I think you're cute!" she told him, while poking his nose playfully.

"We wouldn't be friends with benefits if I didn't!" she added.

Aven laughed. He considered momentarially and decided this was true. "Piper?"

Piper tilted her head to the side, like she always did, "Hmm?"

"I'm glad we're friends with benefits," he said childishly.

He kind of wanted to kiss her, so he held his arms out stiffly in front of him, poking his belly out, not unlike pouty toddlers do. He wiggled his fingers.

Piper smiled and said, "Me too."

Once Aven had taken his weird pose, Piper giggled and asked, "What are you doing, Aven?"
