Ponderings...

"The carnival?" Aven laughed, "Okay, I love the carnival." He jittered as he followed her, rattling off a rather long list of all the things carnival related that he loved. "Cotton candy, roller coasters, enormous stuffed teddy bears, candy apples, cute carnival operators...boys or girls...popcorn, elephant ears..." he twiddled his thumbs happily. "I even brought some money so I can ride all the rides!"

Ranuki listened as the clio behind her chattered on and on about all the things he liked about carnivals and wondered just why she decided to this at all. Mentally shaking her head at herself, Ranuki led the way to the carnival.

Still unfailingly thrilled, Aven continued to follow the object of his divided attention. "Aren't you excited, Ranuki?" He asked, noticing how far ahead she'd managed to become and picking up his pace, jogging alongside her, bright eyed. "I'm so excited. Are you going to ride the rides too, or are you just gonna be a stick in the mud?"

'Aven. You're a goon,' Ra scolded in Aven's ears.
'I'm a what?'
'A goon, you stupid.'
'Oh. Whatever, Ra,' Aven chortled in response.

"I'm going to ride alllll the rollercoasters and eat cotton candy and win a teddy bear." Aven cooed to himself aloud.
