sunburnt bootays!

Cray plopped down onto the hot sand. She wanted to get some reading done. She set her book on her lap, and opened it up to the page she bookmarked with her favorite metal spoon. She held her hand up, and the spoon floated into her hand. She placed the spoon on her ear, as you would a pencil, and began to read. Gaston, not ready to play yet, relaxed on his back, soaking in the suns rays.

Alecis had decided to spend a quiet day at the beach. Rheis was running ahead of her, slipping around in the sand as Leci walked slowly behind, enjoying the warm sunshine.

Alecis took care to stay away from the clio she didn't recognize as Cuir, and slowly walked to the far end of the beach, next to the Dialga mountain pass.

Cray noticed the new clio on the beach. She watched her from the corner of her eye, and figured she posed no threat. She went back to her book, and read a couple words, before she grew bored. She placed her spoon back in the book, and stood up.

"I think it's about time to swim, what do you think Gaston?"

Gaston made a small noise, sounding like a, "huhrumph!" and turned over onto his left side, his back facing towards Cray.

"Oh, come on you grumpy meerkat!"

Cray grabbed Gaston and ran into the water, laughing as he squeeled and skittered to her head. She dove under, forcing poor Gaston to get wet. When she reserfaced, she laughed at the shocked look on his face, and held him close.

The three dogs were playing in the shallow water as Goruhana scaned the beach for any other Clio. The only other she saw on the beach was someone she didn't recogzine. This someone looked like she was reading. Goruhana wondered to herself what book it was. When they drew closer to the reading girl, Goruhana called the dogs to her side. She wasn't going to trust the clio, no way! Goruhana looked at the clio again and this time the clio was looking back at her.

After a quick dip in the water, Cray returned to her book. Only to find yet another clio at the beach. She had with her, three dogs, and of course, her daemon. Cray was cautious, but smiled friendly-like, and waved.

As Goruhana met the other clio's eyes, she smiled at her. She didn't like being nice to the other Eilemaiden, but despite this she smiled back. Reluctantly though. She kept walking on past the reading girl. The dogs were again playing with each other ahead of her. Tel was at her side playing in the sand as he walked. The sand amused him. A couple of minutes went by and that's when she saw. Goruhana silently cursed her luck. Alecis, the Cuir Overlordian, was at the other end of the beach, walking in the same direction as her. Goruhana wasn't very fond of any of the Overloridians, but she didn't like Alecis especially. Goruhana rounded up the dogs and turned, heading the way she had came.

Cray watched the clio with the dogs walk past, then continued to her book. A couple moments later, she noticed the new clio turn around. She wondered what was up, but didn't want to bother her, so she kept reading.

Alecis saw the Aite Overloridian from across the beach. Sighing, she wondered if she would ever be able to escape the people she so despised.

Rheis rolled his eyes, and then told her to lighten up.

But Alecis was a fox soul, and she was very, very curious. She still didn't know whether or not Goruhana had found a star piece, and she really, really wanted to know.

So very quietly, Alecis started to sing. And slowly, she flew up into the clouds, spying from above...

Walking the way she had came, Goruhana passed the girl she had before. She paid no mind to her though, even though she really wanted to know what the clio was reading.

Goruhana was bored of walking. She peeled off her blue spagetti strap tank and her tan capri's and decided to take a quick swim.

Cray, after finishing a chapter, closes her book and puts it away in her bag. She yawns and stretches laying back, soaking in the warmth. She looked to her right and saw that Gaston had dug himself a hole. She sat back up and watched, curiously.

Gaston's head popped out, and in his mouth was a metal fork. Sparkly eyed, Cray willed the fork into her hand and held in the air. Cray loved her silverware.

Leci sat on a cloud, watching the beach down below. It was quite boring, but she had decided that she wasn't leaving until she found out something.

Rheis yawned and Alecis looked at the small red fox next to her.

"Hey, Lec, how about we go swimming? This is boring, you think so too. And, we'll be in better ear shot down on the beach!"

Leci rolled her eyes, and pushed her daemon off the cloud.

He screamed and she giggled.

Jumping off after him, the two splashed into the ocean below.

About a half hour later Goruhana was still swimming. She looked for the dogs to make sure they were still alright and found them lying in a row on the edge of the water napping.

Goruhana. The Cuir Overloridian is gone. I can't see her Tel told her telepathically. Oh more good news Goruahana thought. Well there's a cloud in front of the sun which could mean this : Alecis saw her and was trying to make her weak. It was working. She felt tired. She got out of the water and walked to Tel. She wanted to send out her advanced hearing and vision but that stupid cloud. That made her angry. She wasn't going to play stupids games. She gathered up Tel and the dogs and headed anywhere but the beach.
