Allarbiiittttt~

Alecis and Lumi were out in Froom Valley just chilling. The weather was nice, the wind was just a quiet breeze, and the flowers were in full bloom which was exactly why they had decided to go hang out.

They were laying down in the tall grasses, letting the sun shine down on them. "So, Lumi," Alecis said, "what have you been up to lately? How's married life treating you?"

Lumi had her eyes close and was kind of starting to fall asleep when Alecis spoke to her.

"Huh...wha?" she murmured intelligently, not opening her eyes. "Oh..uh, yeah, I'm havin' a baby, so that's pretty cool."

She started falling back asleep.

Rene was visiting Froom Valley for no reason at all. He thought about what was happening to him lately. He thought a lot lately. His life was changing so much. He killed his father, rescued children, now he was going to be a father.

Rene laughed at that last thought, him, a father. Ha ha ha!

Hands in his pockets, he continued his walk and then he noticed two women picnicing in the grass. When he got closer, he saw that it was his sister, and that one woman who's kids he saved.

Interesting.

"A baby?!" Alecis shrieked, sitting up. "That's so amazing! Jeez, Lumi, you're going to be a mom!"

Lumi smiled in her state of partial awakeness. "Isn't it?" she asked serenely. "'Specially since I didn't even think it was possible..." She drifted in and out of consciousness before finally settling on sleep.

Rene heard the words, baby directed towards his sister. Unlike Quinn who would of had no idea what she ment, he put two and two together. Does this mean my dear sister is going to be a mother?

Double interesting.

Rene picked up his pace to be closer to the two women.

Since she was now sitting up, Leci could see what was going on around her. It just so happened that a man both girls were very framiliar with happened to be walking towards them.

"Hey!" she called, getting more excited than she had been just a few seconds ago, "Hey, it's you! My hero!"

Lumi heard Alecis yelling from some faraway place and it brought her back into the land of awakeness. She saw Alecis waving to someone and sat up to see who she was...

Lumi opened her mouth to scream, but ended up gasping at the same time, so the only noise she made was a little squeak. She scrambled to her feet and started backing away.

"No...No, Alecis, what the hell are you doing!?" she exclaimed frantically.

Rene's face perked up and he jogged over to the two ladies. He could see Lumi being all, scared-like. He loved it when she was afraid of him.

"Hello ladies," he said in a eerily cheerful voice. "Weather is nice isn't it?"

"Lumi, what's wrong?" Alecis said, looking over her shoulder at her friend that looked as if she had just seen the devil.

She looked back at the man she knew as a savior, "He's the one who saved Lorrik and Eva, Lumi, he's a good guy!"

But why then did the greeting the man gave them give her chills down her spine?

Confusion mixed with Lumi's fear as she listened to Alecis. Rene had saved her kids? That didn't make any sense. And even if he had, it by no means made him a "good guy."

"No, Alecis, we have to get out of here!" Lumi insisted desperately, grabbing Alecis and trying to pull her to her feet. "Come on, please!"

Too late. He was here.

Rene grinned at the two, "I hope you're not leaving! It would be nice to have some company!"

"Why are you freaking out, Lumi? Lumi?" Alecis asked her friend as she started to pull her away.

She turned back to Rene, "What's going on here?!"

Lumi stopped trying to pull Alecis away because she was kind of frozen with fear. She tried to wrap her mind around the fact that Leci was, for some reason, completely at ease with the psycho standing a few feet away.

Her grip on Leci's arm tightened involuntarily. It was slightly comforting to have a friend here, yet at the same time even more scary.

Rene shrugged at Alecis, he really did know, but he was going to just pretend that he didn't.

"Relax Lumi," Rene said with a raise of his eyebrows.

He took control of Lumi's body, and had her sit down.

Alecis felt Lumi's grip tighten, and then release. She sat down as if she hadn't been freaking out just seconds before. "I'm so confused, what's going on?"

Lumi's breath quickened. Should she say something? She was afraid that if she did, Rene would hurt her--or her baby. But at the same time she was worried about Leci; she couldn't just let Leci think that Rene was a safe person to be around!

Moxie slinked over to Rheis. "This guy is dangerous," she whispered to the fox in a voice that Rene hopefully wouldn't hear. "We need to leave."

Lumi and Moxie trusted Rheis to relay the message to Leci.

"Don't worry about it dear," Rene said sweetly. "I think I just startled her."

He sat down and patted a spot on the ground, "Why don't you have a seat too?"

He grinned up at Alecis. Rene was going to be 'normal' today.

Alecis eyed Rene suspiciously before taking his word for it and sitting down next to Lumi.

"What's wrong with him," Rheis whispered, trying to keep his mind private from Alecis. He didn't want her to freak out, she was the kind of person who would scream if she got hit with surprising information.

JUST TELL HER, YOU STUPID FOX, Moxie thought in frustration. Outloud, she whispered, "Everything. He's a psychopath. He's done unspeakable things to Lumi. Tell your clio that we need to leave."

Couldn't Alecis see how scared Lumi was?

Rene noticed that Moxie was talking to Rheis so he had Lumi grab Moxie and hold her tightly. The wind blew slightly, playing with Rene's hair.

"So you're having a baby Lumi?" he asked with a tilt of his head. "That's really interesting."

He thought about that day when he had kicked Lumi and killed their inbred baby.

Alecis and Rheis didn't understand why Lumi and Moxie were acting so strangely. Rheis had allowed his mind to flow with Leci's, but just as he did Lumi picked up Moxie like nothing was wrong.

Confusion showed on the clio's face, and she turned to Lumi, looking her in the eyes. Her friend's face was twisted in almost a painful expression, but why was she sitting so calmly?

"Hey, I'm really sorry," Alecis said, turning back to the strange psycho-nice guy who saved her kids but had done terrible things to Lumi, "me and Lumi really need to be getting back home. I've got to go see my children, they'll be waiting for me."

She tried to keep suspicion or fear off of her face, but she probably didn't do a very good job.

Yes! Rheis must have told Leci. Please, let them get out of here now. Lumi was so scared she felt like she was gonna die.

Rene pouted, he was getting bored too. Nothing was happening and he couldn't really do much more to Lumi.

He decided to let Lumi go. Lame.
