Rose glanced up at the snow.It glistened in the gentle light. While she sat down against a cold glacier she watched the snow quietly

After that day on Theodore Lane. Quinn changed quite a bit. Whenever he looked in the mirror he always noticed that his eyes had changed slightly. He had decided that his new eye color didn't match his long hair, so he hacked it all off.

Rhiannon changed too. She no longed told Quinn what to do. She mostly just sat upon Quinn's shoulder, making brief convo's with her clio.

Tossing his head to the side, to get his bangs out of his eyes, Quinn walked towards the entrance of the caves. He did not notice another clio there.

Reaching into his pocket, Quinn took out a cigerette, lit it, and took a long puff of it, and blew the smoke out of his nose.

She let out a slight giggle .But she stood up. "Thats quite the idea " she grinned and leaned against the icey rock. Her bronze hair relected against the ice. She herself saw her father always smoke ciggarettes since he after Earalas he enjoyed the warmth of ciggarettes. Jezabel nuzzeled her hand to remind her not to be friendly with everyone. They werent all Cuir.

Quinn heard the clio speak and fixated his piercing blue eyes upon her. He smiled slighting at her and said, "I'm sorry, I didn't notice you there."

He walked closer and held out his hand, "My name is Quinn, what's yours?"

"Rose Its nice to meet you Quinn" she said casually and shook his hand. She turned to her Daemon "This is Jezabel" she said kindly
Jezabel barked in acknowledgment

Quinn smiled down at Jezabel. "It's nice to meet you as well." he said, then poiting to the marten on his shoulder, "This is Miss Rhiannon."

Rhiannon nodded politely at Rose and Jezabel.

She shivered for a moment then studied him "Is your Eilimaiden Ughdarras?" she asked .She was using her strange guessing abilities to find out what he was.

"Is your Eilimaiden Ughdarras?"

Quinn nodded and said, "Yes, I am. I'm the Overloridian of Ughdarras as a matter-o-factly."

Her eyes widened and then she smiled warmly "Then it is a honor to meet you" she giggeled and looked out into the the flurring snow. She blew through her mouth to scatter the gentle flakes away

Quinn laughed, "Now, I'm not that special."

He smiled down at Rose.

"Well I would think so You were chosen to look after your people" she leaned on her heels "Whatever great power out there that created this planet...Probably sees a alot of greatness in you..." She then looked at the pesty snow "Well thats how I see it" she said

"Hmmm," Quinn hummed, "That's an interesting way to look at things..."

His cigarette finally got small, and he flicked it onto the ground, and crushed it with the toe of his shoe.

"What are you doing in the ice caves" she asked in curiosity

"Just trying to get some thinking done..." Quinn said airily.

He looked up at the sky and the flakes hit his eyelashes, making him blink.

She smiled "Well this is a peculiar place to think" she commented "But I guess I understand it is really pretty here" she gestured to outside the cave.Outside the cave overlooked a icy kingdom of glaciers and frozen rivers but up in the sky the sun
seemed to twinkle through the silver clouds and decorate the glaciers in gentle light

"It is pretty. It's also quite." Quinn agreed.

"I Guess when your a cuir not really" she said "Listening to the wind whispering howling yowling..so on" She smiled "I guess when your a cuir you ssenses are sharper when it comes to the wind"

Quinn smiled again and said, "You're right. I'm the same way with water. Ah, gosh, water. I haven't been for a swim for a couple days. I love swimming, especially when its cold."

Quinn closed his eyes for a moment, then opened them again.

She laughed "Hmm yeah I Lke swimming but usually I just dive into the water..from a cliff...its cliff diving" she giggled again "I guess its not the same"

"If you were to cliff dive into the water now, you would die of hypothermia before you could say, ice fishing. I can't get hurt by the water though because of my Eilemaiden," Quinn said to her with a nod.

'Well not here silly" she laughed "At the beach or the falls"

Quinn smirked and said teasingly, "But haven't you noticed? It's December! It's cold at those places too! Silly girl!"

"I am not as silly as you mister!'she tried to think of something to show that he was silly but couldnt think of anything

Quinn smirked again and asked, "Oh really? How so?"

"You....um" she sighed .she sucked at talking under pressure. Especially with nice cute guys. She blushed heavily and then said "n-nevermind..."
