"So. Are you, like, a bottom? Or a top."

Avery smirked in a suggestive way. "You get what you pay for," he replied, being vague on purpose. He'd leave it to Aven to figure out what he meant. It was pretty obvious, but then again Aven seemed kind of...absent-minded?

Avery found his eyes traveling all over Aven. He was pretty damn good-looking. Maybe he'd do him even if he didn't buy him a drink...

...Nah.

You're such a whore, Vi said with disapproval. You could at the very least get him to buy you a drink AND dinner.

What can I say? I'm cheap I guess, Avery replied, totally cool with it. I really want another drink...

Aven took a sip of his Sprite, unaware.
"Fuck my life," he laughed. "I would if I could. I'm flat broke."

Ra laughed. Sometimes his clio could be so stupid.

"All my drinks go on my brother's tab." He took another sip. "I'm sorry," he realized, "I'm so rude. Do you want something? Order whatever you want. I'm not paying for it."

"Oh, awesome," Avery lit up. Whatever he wanted and he didn't even have to see the look on his benefactor's face as he ordered the most expensive drink there was. It looked so much better than the cheap shit he was used to.

"Damn, this is good," he commented, taking a shot. "I've never had this before. You know, I might just get so wasted tonight that you could do whatever you wanted with me and I wouldn't even remember."

Aven smiled. He scooted a little closer to the other.

"I don't mean to sound cocky, but, you'll remember. I would trust me on that. You'll remember." He grinned. "And that pun was definitley intended."

Cray finally bursted into the door, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY QUINN!" she shouted.

She ran to Quinn and hugged him tightly.

She didn't notice Aven in there, but Gaston did, and he saw that Aven was getting close and friendly with another clio he's never seen before. This would break Cray's heart, so he just didn't mention it, LIKE HE SHOULD HAVE. (lol.)

Yolande squeaked and fell off the stool she was sitting on, completely startled by the loud, sudden entrance of an unknown clio. Blushing ten shades of red, Yolande sat on the floor, rather dazed by her fall. Merris, who had yipped in pain when Yolande landed on his tail, gave a loud sniff of disbelief and set about getting his clio to stand up and stop drawing attention to herself.

Cray look towards the clio who fell off the chair.

"Oh my gosh!" she said, "I'm so sorry!"

She quickly helped the clio back up into her chair, then took a seat next to Quinn.

Still not seeing Aven.

As Cray bursted into the door, Quinn felt much better. She gave him a hug and he smiled. All the sudden Yolande fell off her stool, but Cray quickly helped her back up again.

Blushing profusely, her stammer back and even worse, Yolande sat back down in her chair with the help of the new arrival. Twiddling her thumbs together, Yolande glanced at the pretty clio and thanked her.

"U-u-uh t-t-thanks. I-i-i-i'm Y-y-yolande. W-w-who a-are y-you?" Merris gave a scornful sigh but sent a wave of calmness over the two's mental link.

Cray smiled at the stammering girl, she was so cute!

"I'm Cray," she explained.

She held out her hand to shake.

"N-n-nice t-t-to m-m-meet y-you." Yolande replied, shaking Cray's hand, her own trembling from apprehension.

Oh, I do hope this clio is nice.

'Calm down. I can tell she's nice.' Merris comforted, hopping up onto Yolande's lap.

Avery barely listened to whatever Aven was saying. His drink was started to take effect. He felt bolder. And bored. He was tired of talking. It was time to go past the shameless flirting phase. He leaned in so close to Aven their faces were only an inch apart.

"You talk too much," he said quietly. "Why don't you hurry up and make your move already?"

Aven smiled. It wasn't every day when he met a clio who was more into sex than he was. (I guess he probably did, because Aven isn't really a fiend of the pleasures of the flesh, he's just really horny. Goon.) He laughed and kissed Avery on the lips, holding his own there for a few moments and then pulling away, Avery's bottom lip snagged in his teeth.

"I like talking," he grinned, kissing him gently, again.

That very moment, that hurtful sad moment, was when Cray finally saw Aven, but she didn't see Aven, she saw Aven kissing some one else. Her heart stopped in her chest.

Cray abruptly stood up, and walked out of the tavern. There was a bench, by the front door, she sat upon it, and to her surprise, she started crying softly. But why? She didn't love Aven, she just liked him. Maybe it was just the feeling of, what was it, she couldn't tell, couldn't tell at all. She felt, numb. But why?! She didn't even love him.

Gaston, felt Cray's pain. He too felt a bit numb and confused. He crawled out of his bag, and rested his head upon Cray's lap.

Quinn watched Cray's expression go from happy, to shocked. He followed her eyes until he saw Aven and the one clio that he didn't know, what was his name again? Avery?

His focus turned back to Cray when she quickly stood up and left the tavern. One of those guys must be her love interest?, Quinn thought, But which one?

"I like talking,"

"I prefer making out," Avery replied, before moving in to kiss Aven again. As their lips met he slipped his tongue into Aven's mouth. Damn, Aven was a pretty good kisser. Avery leaned in even more and put one hand on Aven's upper thigh.

You have no shame, do you? Vi asked, emarrassed at her clio's very public behavior.

Usually Avery didn't do this kind of thing so publicly, but he'd had several drinks and they were pretty much in control right now.

He, he, heee... Aven's mind wandered. He put his tongue in my mouf.

He continued to kiss him. He felt Avery's hand on his leg. And he leaned away. "I figure, since you hardly talked to me at all, you're all, 'let's make out!' And then you put your tongue in my mouf and your hand on my leg!" He lol'd. Then he leaned in and whispered in Avery's ear, "Let's go somewhere..."

As the two boys kissed, Quinn felt awkward, so turned his attention back on Yolande. He spoke with her a little bit longer until he relized what time it was, Rhiannon told him she didn't want him staying out late, with that very thought in mind Rhiannon said, Yes, Quinn dear, its awful late, we should be heading home.

With that being said, Quinn said goodbye to Yolande with a smile, and as he left he saw poor Cray outside the tavern, he comforted her a bit, hugged her and left the tavern, heading to home.

After crying for a couple more minutes, and being comforted by Quinn and Gaston, Cray felt better. She still felt very hurt though. But who wouldn't?

Aven probably wouldn't, Cray thought bitterly.

"I just need to get over it, try to avoid him a little, and then later on just be friends." she said outloud.

Gaston nodded in agreement, but he knew that Cray still felt a little hurt.

"You just need to find somebody who isn't...flirtatious." said Gaston.

"Right!"

Cray stood up, stretched and went back inside the tavern, she left poor Yolande all alone, and barely got to get to know her! Heading back to the table she sat across from Yolande, back facing away from Aven and that other boy.

"I'm sorry about that!" Cray said to Yolande.

"O-o-oh, i-i-its a-all r-right. I-i'm r-rather u-used to it." Yolande was still rather shell shocked by the boys who she was studiously ignoring. "I t-think y-your e-eyes are v-very p-pretty." She added, seeing Cray's eyes. Yolande smiled tentatively at Cray, very relieved that she had come back. Yolande didn't know many clio, being shy, and Cray seemed really nice!

Cray smiled brightly at Yolande's comment.

"Why thank you!" she said, cheerfully.

Yolande seemed to be very sweet, and Cray wouldn't mind getting to know her more.

"D-do y-you want to go s-somewhere e-else?" Yolande asked, aware of the fact that Cray seemed to know one of the two boys. "M-maybe the b-bath house?"

"I would like to leave, but the bath house?" Cray replied.

The bath house was where she met Aven, could she get over it? She decided that she could, and nodded her head "yes".

"Sure! A bath sounds nice!" she said.

Cray seemed very hesitant about going to the bath house. Yolande almost suggested somewhere else, but she didn't have the chance. "O-okay." She hoped she wasn't making Cray distressed or anything by wanting to go to the bath house!
