Turn the beat a r o u n d....

Alecis was down at the lake with her trusty sidekick, non other than the dæmon, Rheis. Together they were rolling down the flower-y, grass-y hill, laughing. It made Alecis happy to get away for awhile, not having to think about things. She started humming at the wind picked up, slow at first but gradually picking up speed. Now they were really rolling down that hill fast.

Rheis would do anything to keep his clio's mind off her situation, so even though normally he wouldn't have found rolling down a hill entertainment, he went along with it.

What must have been a split second decision by Leci caught the fox off guard. He didn't know it when his girl picked him up and started dancing. The wind was still whipping around them, making them spin faster and faster. It reminded the pair of when their father used to grab their hands and spin them. It had been their favorite game, besides hide-and-seek-tag of course.

Soon both of them were dizzy and Alecis let go of her fox-dæmon who caught her trick before he was released. He tried to land without falling, but found himself too dizzy to stand straight. He fell over, laughing. She stumbled, tried to keep the air around her from letting her fall, but then fell anyway because she was too dizzy to know where to blow air. As she hit the ground she joined her dæmon in laughter. Her hair was messy, she was laughing and crying at the same time, and today was awesome. Why couldn't everyday be like this?
