Four men are burried up to their necks and about to be executed. There is a wall seperating them. Look at the picture. Each man is wearing a white or black hat. They know that there are two black hats and two white hats, but they don't know which colour hats they are wearing. One of them must yell out what colour hat he is wearing, if he gets it wrong they will all be executed. They can't talk to each other nor can they turn their heads around. They can only see the guys in front of them. They have 5 mins to figure it out.

The question is, which man should yell out the answer and how does he know that he is 100% correct?

Late one evening, a man and a his wife were driving their car at a fast speed down a country road. The car spun out of control on the road and hit a tree.

The man decided to seek help at a garage a few miles away.

He made sure nobody was in the car with his wife, rolled all the windows up, and locked all of the doors.

When he returned, his wife was dead, and there was someone in the car he had never seen before.

No physical damage was done to the car, it was still locked?

I don't have the answer, but I do have a problem with this one.

Why did the man need to seek help at a garage if there was no damage done to the car? And how was there no damage done if they hit a tree at high speeds?

WELL?

Silly, what that means is that no damage was done to the car while he was gone. As in, no one broke in by bashing windows or anything. :3
