About His/Her Family: Ophelia was the only child of Marie and Charles Dawson, both rather respected members of the Ughdarras. After her father's unexpected death just after Ophelia's fourth birthday, care of the bright-eyed toddler was charged solely to her mother. Consequently, Ophelia and her mother are quite close.

Personality:
- To some, Ophelia can seem a bit weird at first. In groups she tends to 'float' from conversation to conversation easily, friendly aside from her quirky tendencies.
- Generally, Ophelia is pretty extroverted. She likes to be around people, and because of her friendly demeanor people generally like to have her around as well.
- A go-with-the-flow kind of girl, Ophelia is about as open and outgoing as they get. She doesn't hold much back; in fact, she's been known to accidentally give a bit too much information from time to time.
- Ordinarily, Ophelia is quite scattered; to say her organizational skills are lacking is a gross understatement. Her mind works much the same way. At any given moment she may have sixteen things whizzing about at once, but in spite of this she is quite intelligent. When it comes down to it, Ophelia generally manages to get the job done, albeit in a more than likely 'unconventional' manner.
- Ophelia fluctuates between leading and following. When necessary, she is quite capable of rising to the occasion as delegator. But in situations where she can put herself behind the cause of a leader, she is quite content going along for the ride.
- Though she can often come off as careless with her dreamy, disorganized tendencies, when it comes to the important things Ophelia is usually good about taking care of business.
- Ophelia is easily engaged and impassioned with anything related to the arts. Music, dance, theater, visual art, literature...anything having to do with expression tends to excite her. She is also a humanitarian; the mistreatment of others is something she cannot stand for, and one of the few things liable to break her easygoing demeanor into the grave, concerned side she rarely shows.
- Ophelia is definitely more of a morning person; she's known for getting up at 5:30 with a smile every morning no matter how late in the evening she was awake. On the other hand, while she doesn't stay up too late very often, she can hold out with the best of them on occasion.
- Ophelia is generally viewed by others as something of a fairy princess: weird, dreamy, and and just a little kooky.
- Optimism has always been a hallmark of Ophelia's personality. She hates conflict and desperately wants for all of the clio to get along regardless of their chosen Eilemaiden, though obviously not everyone else agrees with her.
- Ophelia tends to surround herself with lots of different people, though for her the lines between friends, acquaintances, and strangers is kind of blurred. She treats everyone much the same way unless they've done something to personally wrong her or someone she cares for.
- Dreamy, gentle, artistic, easygoing, open, loving. Has a tendency to be a bit too sensitive at times, and tends to take it upon herself to champion for the rights of others even if they haven't asked her to. She hates to be proven wrong and has a hard time accepting it when she is.
- Ophelia is not one to take ranking into account. She tends to treat people the same whether they are above her or below her, even in situations where she is giving criticism, and when in a position of power she tends to use it rather sparingly, calling on her own authority only when completely necessary or when someone below her is way out of line.
- Rather passive aggressive, people don't usually know she is upset with them unless they are intuitive to her subconscious signals: her tone, her body language, etc.
- In most situations Ophelia is outgoing and talkative, though she has her moments, usually when deep in thought or upset, where she can be quiet and placid, even detached from reality enough to appear unreadable and cold.
- Ophelia isn't usually jealous or territorial in the slightest; what's hers is everyone's. This can, however, occasionally tempt people into using her for their own interests.
- When it comes to her beliefs and opinions, Ophelia can be rather stubborn. She doesn't like to have her mind changed. But when it comes to more literal situations, where to go, making plans with others, etc., she's usually pretty laid-back.
- Ophelia is quite independent; she can't stand to be tied down by commitments or other people.
- Ophelia can sometimes be a bit ignorant of social norms; not many subjects are taboo in her mind and sometimes it can seem that she's from another planet entirely. Generally people come to accept this as just another quirky trait of hers once they get to know her.

She hates to see other people upset or in pain, and does all she can to look after everyone else (often even regardless of their Eilemaiden, though depending on the aggressiveness of a given person her help is occasionally denied).
